Rachael Ray Raves About the Derma Roller
Rachael Ray, the popular daytime talk show host, recently did segment on anti-aging called the Human Lab Segment where she had audience members and Dr. Ciraldo, Professor of Dermatology, evaluate top anti-aging creams and techniques to see which really worked. She passed out a few top products to select audience members and then had them report back a few weeks later to report on their results.
One of the most popular anti aging skincare she evaluated was the derma roller. The derma roller is a very small rolling device that contains 192 micro points made of surgical steel.
How It Works -The Research
The derma roller is used for removing acne scars, stretch marks, wrinkles, fine lines. And it can even help with big pores, black heads, and white heads. This micro needling or skin needling anti-aging technique is also used to perform collagen induction therapy (CIT).
