How You Can Cleanse Your Face Prior to Bedtime

No matter what age you are, it is important to nurture your skin for the benefit of your overall health. Neglecting our health is all too common in our busy and hectic lives. You skins state of health says a lot about who you are, with that being said here is some advice on the proper way to remove make-up and other cosmetics.

After a long day, it is too easy to just jump in to bed without washing up first. But this can lead to a lot of problems. We know that make up will clog pores and assist in creating a variety of skin problems. Your skin needs breathing room to allow it to heal and function properly. Going to bed with a cosmetic covered face is the best way to start skin problems.

Start by bunching your hair to the back and tying it in to a pony tail. The first place you should start is by applying eye make-up after you have used an eyeshadow palette. Use a cotton ball that has been soaked in make-up remover to carefully remove the make-up around your eyes. You can gently wipe the outside of each eye until all of the make-up is removed. But make sure that you don’t get make-up remover in to your eyes.

Next, you will want to cleanse your face properly. There are so many different facial cleaning products so you should compare them and select one that suits your face. You should definitely test a few different products in case you have a reaction to one of them. All applications will simply be to apply a little bit in your hand, work it in to lather, and apply to your wet face.

Suitable facial cleansing is often a simple procedure, but if it is not done all the time and in the correctly your skin will become irritated. As I have said, your epidermis has to be able to breathe to keep its wellbeing and stay strong. You should strive to cleanse your face at bedtime for best results.
