Homemade Acne Remedy - The Only Quick Acne Cure You Need To Know
For all the money I spent on typical treatments, I wish I knew about the only homemade acne remedy that worked. Growing up I never had acne breakouts that were to bad and my parents told me they’d go away by themselves in time, so I never worried to much.
Fast forward a few years and now not only was my acne still hanging around like the “friend” who never seems to get the hint, but it’s also gotten much worse than it ever was. I tried countless acne medications and I also went through one homemade acne remedy after another.
The medications never worked well for me. They always left my face itchy and dry, yet it was somehow still oily on top of that. Homemade acne remedy masks and facials worked far better because they were much gentler on my skin, but they still could never completely cure me. I was tired of dealing with acne breakouts and just wanted them gone.
Thankfully, holistic treatments began to make themselves known to me at this time. I found out that acne doesn’t start at your skin, it actually starts inside your body. Breakouts are just your body trying to alert you to an imbalance inside you.
What is the root cause of the imbalance?
Said plainly, it’s from the food we eat. The western style diet has far, far to many sugars, starches and hydrogenated oils while lacking important vitamins and minerals. This poor diet causes toxins to build up in our systems and causes hormones to cause breakouts.

The hormones running rampant in your system are whats causing your acne and that’s why treatments on your skin will never cure you. The only homemade acne remedy that works is to change your diet and eat healthier and drink a lot of water. This will have your body back into balance in no time and you’ll see your skin clear up naturally.
