When you see dark circles around someone’s eyes, your first thought is that they are tired or sick. This can be true, but it is mostly a myth. Everyone has circles around their eyes due to the fact that the skin there is so incredibly thin. It is nearly transparent, showing all of the blood under the skin and making it look purplish. It will help the makeup stick and will make everything look the same shade while your eye circles can still reflect light.
Keep in mind that there are non-makeup creams that help soothe the skin there. It will narrow the blood vessels under the skin and make them less noticeable. It may also bring more color to the skin itself so it is not so pale and translucent.
