Foods high in oil will most always cause your body to produce too much oil, because of this, if you are fighting acne, you will want to limit the amount of oil you intake. Most ladies are already familiar with this, but it can be of use to guys as well, although they would probably not want to tell their friends down at the gym. This will draw out oils and it will also help to clean your pores. Last, make sure to always drink plenty of water.
Last, always remember that your body is made up of over seventy percent water, because of this it is extremely important to not only your skins health, but to your overall health to drink enough water. If you exercise, remember that your body will require even more water than normal due to sweating.
